Hard work - Winners are not afraid of hard work. To achieve their objective, they work ceaselessly. There is no word such as tiredness in their dictionary. The objective of working towards the goal gives them so much energy that the tiredness finds no place in their scheme of things.

Now as you may know, I have done a LOT of research
in my time about anxiety and panic disorder. But
I never just stopped there, I have read a heck of

When I would wake up in these moments of panic, usually
during that day I had fixated on something like my

noticed was in my dream just before awakening I was

going insane.

And what is assumed and I tend to believe since it makes
